The name gives it away! If you want to get fighting fit and foxy whilst doing so then our MISS FOXY BOXING program is calling your name!

MISS TRANSFORMATION
Miss Transformation is held once a year, normally Round 5 or October. Miss T is a reflection of the year so far, how far you have come mentally, physically and of course your Fitness & Performance.
*To enter into Miss Transformation you must have completed a minimum of 1 of our other programs in the current calendar year.
Before and after photos are a MUST. Miss T is our overall winner for MISS FITNESS & PERFORMANCE - ‘Most transformed.’ It consists of 2 sessions per week and includes a combination of the other programs and MORE. The overall winner of Miss Transformation receives their very own professional photo shoot, hair and makeup, Miss Fitness & Performance plaque and their next course FREE.
